DIEM-M Language Center was established in 2001 with the ambition to offer a new range of services to students who want to continue their education abroad (mainly in the USA). It is the first language center authorized to register and administrate standardized tests required for application to foreign educational institutions: ACT Assessment Test (2002), SAT in the city of Varna (2003), SAT in the town of Bourgas (2005). The dynamic development of computer technologies and their impact on the process of education have prompted our decision to invest funds and spend great efforts to become the first TOEFL iBT Certified Center in Bulgaria.
DIEM-M has offices in both Varna and Bourgas. The center offers modern facilities and highly-qualified teachers, as well as a library and computer workstations for self-preparation.

Being a VUE Certified Test Center, DIEM-M has the authority to administrate and seat computer-based tests, offered by Pearson VUE.
